گرداب کاهش جمعیت
چند سالی هست که کشور ما در گرداب کاهش جمعیتی گرفتار شده و پیش بینی ها حاکی از آن است که اگر کشور به همین روال پیش بره تا سال ۱۴۳۰ ، ۳۰درصد جمعیت کشور سالمند خواهد بود.
نکته مهم ماجرا این است که قصه بحران جمعیت به اینجا ختم نمیشه .
با کاهش جمعیت در سالهای آینده سن نیروی انسانی ما افزایش پیدا میکنه و در پی اون کشور مجبور میشه برای پیشبرد بسیاری از فعالیت ها از نیروی کار خارجی استفاده کنه .
حضور نیروی کار خارجی با چالش های جدی فرهنگی هویتی و حتی امنیتی همراه خواهد بود .
این موضوع برای کشور ما که همواره با تهدید های جدی رو به رو بوده چالشی حیاطیست.
با این حال مثل همیشه حل مشکلات کشور به همکاری بین دولت و ملت بستگی داشته و در این مساله نیز مردم با تغییر فرهنگ تک فرزندی و در کنار آن اتخاذ بسته های حمایتی از طرف دولت باعث خواهد شد ما از این بحران مهم به خوبی عبور کنیم.
